Formerly of the Slide and now of the (new) Cock, Manhattan Offender's favorite bartender Chuck McKinney does more than just serve up my necessary medication (Johnny Black and Diet, thanks for asking). Chuck also produces a regular online comic, From the Cellar. Chuck draws on observations of 'Chip', a not-at-all-vieled version of himself, and what Chip sees and hears both behind the bar and behind the 'scene'.
