Won't you be my lesbian?

Growing up in a part of the country where different was defined as not being blonde and blue-eyed, encouraged a sense of exploration.  My circle of friends includes every ethnicity (including the currently trendy arabs) now and a variety of cultures from many corners of the globe.  What has remained elusive is the lesbian.

Many a lesbian has appeared from time to time, but there has never been a bond.  Some of my gal pals have visited the Isle of Lesbos, only to return to the Isle of Mann.  Granted my own interests haven't often intersected with those of the lesbian population, but still the hope remains.

With Christine Quinn becoming the new City Council speaker, and Bradford Shellhammer toting around Kim Stolz like the newest Louis Vuitton special edition, my interest is yet again piqued.  Undaunted, my mission is clear.  Surely there must be one lovely lesbian lady out there for me.
